Overall, a decent option for a short stay. We stayed for 2 nights and had two rooms on the top floor, which included access to a terrace with a beautiful view of the city. We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the city at night. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they assisted us with arranging a taxi to the airport, which we appreciated. A good place to stay if you’re looking for something simple and comfortable.

The location is perfect to discover the area around Westlake. It's very central but still quiet at night. The people who work there are very kind! I came early and they still let me check in, although check in time was way later, that was very nice! The room is super cute decorated and has everything you need. It was very clean aswell:)

The place was very cute. It had the essentials and the bed was quite comfy. The AC was very good as well. The location is very convenient as there's a convenience store and many restaurants nearby. It's easy to get a taxi/motorbike from there as well.

It was an amazing stay with a very beautiful room apart from that the staff was very friendly and helpful so I would definitely recommend other people to stay over there because the staff are very nice

Beautiful design of the building and the rooms. The studio was spacious and had a balcony with a view on the calm nearby area. The location was amazing, just a few minutes walking to the West Lake, as well as restaurants and shops. I enjoyed staying there so much more than in the noisy Hanoi city centre.

The room is nicely decorated, neat and got eveything you need for a comfy stay. - The staff was really helpful. - Free 2 bottles of water. - Nice bamboo closet. - AC is working great. - I love the West Lake area so this location is perfect. So many eateries nearby open till late and a cicrle K to buy some personal stuff, etc.

The room was clean. Good area in Tay Ho. Very quiet. Will recommend it. Friendly staff. Responsive with messages, too.

The room is clean and spaceous. The toilet is modern and has strong water pressure..the wifi is strong as well
